This page is the official English translation of the Bulgarian original of the Terms of Use of Optibg.com. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Bulgarian version shall prevail.

The Terms of Use shown on this page constitute an agreement between you (as a user) and Optibg.com (as a blog), under which you are granted the right to use the blog free of charge for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided that you comply with the terms and licences set out below. The texts on this page bind you solely in your capacity as a User of the Optibg.com blog. By accessing the URL of Optibg.com and viewing the blog in your browser, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as by all subsequent amendments to them, and you undertake to comply with them.

A "User" is any natural person who uses the Optibg.com blog.

  1. All intellectual property rights in the materials published on the Optibg.com blog are protected under the currently effective Bulgarian Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act. Any unauthorised use of them constitutes a violation of the law and entails administrative-penal, civil and criminal liability in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation.

  2. The licence of the content on the blog is the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. By using Optibg.com you agree to the following rights and obligations regarding the use of the content:

  • You may share the content of Optibg.com in any medium or format, and you may also alter, transform or adapt it for your needs;
  • The text in the block above applies solely and exclusively subject to compliance with the following requirements:

More information about a given image is available in the specific article/page of the website where it is used. We also use images generated with artificial intelligence (ComfyUI + z-image-turbo). The predominant images on the site come from pexels.com.

The owner and chief administrator of Optibg.com, as well as all other guest authors on the blog (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Optibg.com and its team") are not liable for the consequences (any damages related to or arising in any way from a lack of access), for the use of, or for the impossibility of using, this blog and its subdomains.

All materials on Optibg.com are provided for general informational purposes on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Optibg.com and its team do not guarantee and are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of any material on the blog, nor for any errors, omissions, or outdated information, or for any actions taken in reliance on them.

Optibg.com and its team are not liable for the information (including its truthfulness) to which the references on this website lead. Optibg.com and its team are entitled to compensation for costs, claims by third parties and damages that result from unauthorised use of the blog and/or from a breach of these Terms of Use.

The exclusions and limitations of liability set out above apply up to the limit permitted by the applicable Bulgarian and European legislation.

The current version of Optibg.com has no comments and no comment forms. Previous comments were removed when the website was rebuilt and are not retained.

Amendments

Optibg.com and its team reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time, publishing these changes on the website in due time and marking the changes on this page.

For all matters not regulated by these Terms of Use, the applicable Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
